• "Aggregated Data" — datasets derived from User Content that no longer identify individuals.
• "De-identified Data" — User Content with direct personal identifiers removed.

4. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your Account.

5. Licence to User Content

By submitting User Content you grant Symbioflows a licence to use, process, and analyze such content for providing and improving the Services, including creating aggregated data and training AI models.

6. Data Use & De-identification

Symbioflows may process User Content for service provision, research, and commercial purposes. We apply industry-standard de-identification measures to protect privacy.

7. Intellectual Property

Symbioflows retains all rights to the Services and intellectual property. Feedback provided by users may be used by Symbioflows without compensation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malware, or otherwise abuse the platform.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". SYMBIOFLOWS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

Symbioflows' liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim, or £500 (whichever is greater).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
